Open the 
Cue Setup Administrator window.
Specifies the colored indicators on the Cues that are available in the company database. The indicators appear as a bar along the top border of the Cue tile and change color based on the value of the data in the Cue.
For each Cue, you can set up an indicator for all users in the company or a specific user. The window lists the indicators that are currently setup up on Cues for the company. Indicators that apply to all users in the company have a blank User Name field. Indicators that apply to a specific user include the Microsoft Dynamics NAV user's name in the User Name.

| If you set up an indicator for all users, when a user modifies the indicator by using the Cue Setup window, then a separate entry for the indicator appears in list for that user. |
