Open the Insert Built-in Layout for a Report window.

Specifies the new custom layout to add to the selected report.

You can add either a Word report layout, RDLC report layout, or both. The new custom layout will be based on the built-in report layout that is available for the report for the selected type (Word or RDLC). If there is not built-in layout available, then a blank report layout of the selected type is created. For more information about built-in and custom layouts, see About Report Layouts.

To add a new report layout, depending on the type that you want, select the Insert Word Layout and Insert RDLC Layouts check boxes, and then choose the OK button.
