Open the 
Send-to Programs window.
The Send-to Programs window lists the programs that you can export data to. By default, Microsoft Office Word and Excel are included.
When you import a style sheet, you use the Send-to Programs window to select the program that the style sheet applies to.
Each line contains the name of a program and the corresponding executable file.
