Open the 
Posted Return Receipts window.
Specifies a list of posted return receipts. If you select one of the return receipts and click OK, the Posted Return Receipt window will appear.
Return receipts are based on credit memos that you have posted by quantity and sent to a customer, for example, because the shipped items were damaged. When you post that kind of sales credit memo, the program creates a posted return receipt.
