Open the Approval Request Entries window.

Shows details of entries created for the records that you have requested approval of. For example, you can see who requested the record to be approved, when it was sent, when it is due to be approved, and so on.

You can see a copy of the document if you choose Show and then choose Record.

You can also delegate the open approval entries to the current approver’s substitute by selecting the record(s) and then choosing Delegate.

You cannot edit any of the fields in the window.

Note
The approval administrator will be able to see the approval entries for all records in this window.
