Open the Service Contract List window.
Contains a list of service contracts that the service item belongs to.
A service contract includes service level agreements and the service items that you service as a part of the contract.
This includes information about the serviced customer, the starting date of the contract, the service period, the response time, the bill-to customer, the invoice period, the annual amount, the prepaid and income accounts, price update specifications, and so on.
For Help about a specific field, select the field and press F1.
