Open the 
Reallocation Entry Reasons window.
Contains information about the allocation for the service item that you want to reallocate. In this window, you can change the priority of the service order that the service item belongs to. You can also select a reason code to explain why you want to reallocate.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
