Open the 
Res.Gr.Availability - Overview window.
Contains a summary of resource group capacities, the quantity of resource group hours allocated to jobs on order, the quantity allocated to service orders, the capacity assigned to jobs on quote, and the resource group availability.
The Period Start field in the left contains a series of dates that are determined by the interval that you have selected in the View by field.
When you scroll up and down, the program calculates the amounts according to the interval that you have selected.
The fields in the window display the following:

Period Start — a series of dates according to the selected time interval.

Period Name — the name of the time period.

Capacity — the total capacity for the corresponding time period.

Qty. on Order — the amount of measuring units allocated to jobs with the status Order.

Job Quotes Allocation — the amount of measuring units allocated to jobs with the status Quote.

Qty. on Service Order — the amount of measuring units allocated to service orders.

Net Availability — Net Availability = Capacity minus Qty. on Order (Job) minus Qty. on Service Order minus Job Quotes Allocation.
You cannot change or delete the contents of this window.
