Open the 
Res.Gr. Availability (Service) window.
Specifies a summary of resource group capacities.
In the Res.Gr. Availability (Service) window, choose Show Matrix to view the matrix.
In this window, you can select a resource group and allocate the resource group to a service item on a particular date.
The columns in the left side of the matrix display the following:

No. and Name | Indicates the number and name of the resource group. |
Remaining Columns | Each column represents a period determined by the interval that you have selected in the View by field. The amount in the column represents the total capacity of the resource group for the corresponding time period. |
When you scroll up and down, the capacities are calculated according to the time interval that you have selected.
You cannot change the contents of this window.
