Open the 
Canceled Allocation Reasons window.
Contains information about the service allocation entry that you want to cancel. You can change the priority of the service order that the allocation entry belongs to. You can also select a reason code to explain why you want to cancel the allocation.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
