Open the 
Posted Service Credit Memo window.
Contains the service credit memos that have been issued.
The window is very similar to the Service Credit Memo window. It consists of two parts: the service credit memo header and one or several service credit memo lines. The header contains four FastTabs with the general information about the credit memo, and the lines contain the details about the service items that were credited.
You cannot change the information in the fields in the window.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
