All - the Service Quote Lines window displays all service lines for the service quote.

Per Selected Service Item Line - the Service Quote Lines window only displays service lines that are linked to the service item selected in the Service Quote window.

Service Item Line Non-Related - the Service Quote Lines window only displays service lines that are linked to the service quote in general but not linked to any service item in the quote.
