Open the Service Quote window.
Contains information about your service quotes. It contains both basic information (for example, the response time and status of the orders, and the name, address, and phone number of the customers) and more detailed information on the items to be serviced (for example, serial number, warranty and fault comments). In this window, you can create a card for each new service quote that you want to record in the program. You can also convert the quote to a service order.
The Service Quote window is composed of two parts:
-
The header, which contains general, invoice, shipping, foreign trade and detailed information about the service quote.
-
The lines, which contain information on the items to be serviced.
When you have finished filling in the service quote, you can convert it to a service order.
