Open the 
FA Locations window.
Creates locations of fixed assets. The fixed asset location could be a warehouse, a precise location within a warehouse, a company department or another premises within the company.
Each FA location has a name (for example, the address of the warehouse) as well as a code representing the name. You use the window to assign a code to a location name. You can then enter the code in FA Location Code fields on fixed asset or insurance policy cards. Then when you post, the program will enter the FA location on the ledger entries.
