Open the CRM Connection Failures window.

Specifies the errors that occurred on the connection from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics CRM that resulted in a failure to connect.

Choose Refresh to update the information in the window.

When the same error occurs more than one time, it is recorded as a single entry, where the Occurrence Count column specifies the number of times the error occurred. You can see when the error first occurred and last occurred in the First Occurrence and Last Occurrence columns.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV tests the connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM every five minutes. If a connection fails, an entry is recorded in the Service Connection Error table, which is the source of this window.
