Open the Service Connection Status window.

Specifies the status of connections from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to services, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Choose Refresh in window to check the connection and update their statuses accordingly.

While this window is displayed, Microsoft Dynamics NAV automatically tests the connections every five minutes. If the connection fails, an entry that includes an error message appears in the CRM Connection Failures window, which you can view by choosing Connection Failures'

Note
The Status column does not update automatically after the test. You must choose Refresh to update the Status.
