Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Quotes window.
Shows information about the quotes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM that are associated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM account that is coupled to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV customer.
The information that is displayed in this window is taken from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
To modify an existing quote, select the entry, and then on the Home tab, in the Dynamics CRM group, choose Quote.
