Open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cases window.

Shows information about the cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the account that is coupled to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV customer.

The information that is displayed in this window is taken from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

To modify an existing case, select the case in the list, and then on the Home tab, in the Dynamics CRM group, choose Case.
