Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Products window.
Specifies the products that are set up in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization that Microsoft Dynamics NAV connects to.
You use this page with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration to set up a coupling between a product in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and an item or resource in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To set up the coupling, choose a product from the list, and then choose the OK button. If the Coupled check box is selected, the product is already coupled to an item or resource in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. For more information, see How to: Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Products.
