Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Opportunities window.
Shows information about the opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the account that is coupled to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV customer.
The information that is displayed in this window is taken from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
To modify an existing opportunity, select the opportunity in the list, and then on the Home tab, in the Dynamics CRM group, choose Opportunity.
