Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Contacts window.
Specifies the contacts that are available in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization that Microsoft Dynamics NAV connects to.
You use this page to set up a coupling between a contact in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a contact in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To set up the coupling, choose a contact in the list, and then choose the OK button. If the Coupled check box is selected, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM contact is already coupled to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV contact.
