Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Users window.
Specifies the users that are available in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization that Microsoft Dynamics NAV connects to.
You use this page to set up a coupling between a user in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a salesperson in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To set up the coupling, choose a user in the list, and then choose the OK button. If the Coupled check box is selected, the user is already coupled to a salesperson.
