Open the Integration Synchronization Errors window.

Shows errors that occurred when synchronizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and Microsoft Dynamics NAV data.

The errors can result from manual synchronization jobs that are initiated from records in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV client or from scheduled synchronization jobs.

The Source field includes a link that opens the record that supplied the data to destination record in integration synchronization job that failed. The Destination field includes a link that opens the record that received the data from the source record. The source and destination records are determined by the direction of the data sychronization. For example, if the synchronization job synchronizes data from a Microsoft Dynamics NAV customer to Microsoft Dynamics CRM account, the source record is the Microsoft Dynamics NAV customer and the destination record is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM account.
