Open the Outlook Synch. Entity window.
Specifies which Microsoft Dynamics NAV entities will be synchronized with Outlook items.
This is the main setup window for organizing the synchronization process. Here, you enter general information about Microsoft Dynamics NAV entities, such as table number, table name, filter, and the Outlook item with which synchronization will be done.
You should perform such setup for each Microsoft Dynamics NAV item and Outlook table you want to synchronize. On the header of this window you specify a Microsoft Dynamics NAV master table for level 1 synchronization. On the lines you specify a supplementary, bound Microsoft Dynamics NAV table. If a supplementary table is defined on the lines, the level 2 synchronization will be performed.
