Open the 
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unit Group Coupling window.
Specifies a coupling between a unit of measure in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and a unit group in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A coupling links the unit of measure record to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group record. You can set up a coupling to an existing unit group or you can also use this window to create and couple to a new unit group in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The coupling enables the following functionality:

You can open and edit the coupled unit group directly in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

You can synchronize the unit of measure with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group, so that data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV fields that are mapped to corresponding fields in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group is the same in both locations.
To set up the coupling, on the Coupling FastTab, set the Unit Group field to an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit of measure. Or, to create and couple to a new unit group in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, select the Create New Unit Group check box.
You can use the information in the Coupled Records FastTab to help you determine which Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group is coupled to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV contact. The Coupled Records FastTab lists the some of the fields for the unit of measure and the corresponding mapped fields for the selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group. The Dynamics NAV Unit of Measure column displays the current field values in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the Dynamics CRM Unit Group column displays the current field values in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
