Open the Answer Points window.
Shows a list of all the questions and answers listed in each profile questionnaire.
You use this window to enter the number of points an answer should receive. The total number of points a contact has gained is used in the Profile Questionnaire Setup window to group the contact based on the ranges of points you have set up in the From Value and To Value fields.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
