Open the 
Contact Through window.
Shows a list of the contact's telephone numbers (for example, phone number, mobile phone number, and so on) or e-mail addresses you can use to communicate with the contact.
In this window, you cannot insert a new telephone number.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
