Open the 
Postponed Interactions window.
Shows a list of postponed interactions. Depending on where you have opened this window from, the window displays a list of postponed interactions for salespeople, contacts, to-dos, or opportunities. You can resume an interaction or delete it from this window. The list of postponed interactions is not editable.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
