Open the 
Workflow Overview window.
Specifies the workflow steps that are related to the record from which the window is opened from the Workflow FactBox.
Completed workflow steps are in green font. Pending workflow steps that can start next are in black font. Pending workflow steps that cannot start next are in grey font.
The content of the Workflow Overview window comes from the Workflow Step Instance table.
