Open the 
Event Conditions window.
Specifies conditions that you can set for the workflow event that the window opens for, including the special condition for a field that changes.
The Event Conditions window opens when you choose the AssistEdit button in the On Condition field in the Workflow window. In addition to setting filters that define the event condition, you can also specify the field that changes and the type of change.
