Open the Workflow Steps window.
Specifies the steps that you can use on a workflow.
In the Workflow window, you create a workflow by listing the involved steps on lines consisting of either workflow events with event conditions, workflow responses with response options, or sub-workflows. You define workflow variations by filling workflow lines from fixed lists of values that represent the scenarios that are supported by the application code. You fill the fields on workflow lines by selecting from fixed lists of values that represent the workflow scenarios that are supported by the application code. To set up workflows for unsupported scenarios, a Microsoft partner must first implement the involved workflow events and responses by customizing the application code.
