Open the 
Workflows window.
Specifies the workflows that exist for supported scenarios in your installation.
In the Workflow window, you create a workflow by listing the involved steps on lines consisting of either workflow events with event conditions, workflow responses with response options, or sub-workflows. You define workflow variations by filling workflow lines from fixed lists of values that represent the scenarios that are supported by the application code. For more information, see How to: Create Workflows.
To set up workflows for unsupported scenarios, a Microsoft partner must first implement the involved workflow events and responses by customizing the application code. For more information, see Walkthrough: Implementing New Workflow Events and Responses.
