Open the 
Web Attachments List window.
Attachment List Option
Attachments may be associated with Equipment or Sub-Assemblies. The purpose of the attachment is to make available work related items to the maintenance activity. The Attachments provide unlimited "link" columns. The View button at the bottom of the Attachment List allows you to view each item in the list. A URL may be established by checking the URL check box.
The Attachments option also allows the association of images, drawings, documents, videos and/or URLs with the Work Orders, Work procedures, Templates and Date Meter Policies. By clicking the View Button, the desired object can be displayed via the Windows browser.
