Open the 
Failure Codes By Equip List window.
The option Failure Code Statistics has been provided under the Home and Navigate tabs of the Equipment and Sub-Assembly page. The purpose of the statistics page is to provide a summary of failures that have been resolved for the Equipment ID.
Failure Code Statistics Page
When clicked this option shows the Failure Code Statistics page with the Equipment Filter and related equipment information located at the top of the page. The No Failure Code values represent the count and time spent (Actual Time from the Finished Order line) to resolve failures created through the Fault Log that had no Failure Code specified. The Count and Time fields are drillable. When clicked, the Fault Log page will open showing the origin of the entry.
The Outage values represent the count and time (duration on the Fault Log entry) entered in the system via the Fault Log. The Count and Time fields are drillable. When clicked, the Fault Log page will open showing the origin of the entry.
The Code, Description, Count Percent, Time and Percent list shows all resolved Failure Code that have been created through the Fault Log entry. The Count and Time fields are drillable. When clicked, the Fault Log page will open showing the origin of the entry.
