Open the 
Failure Priority List window.
Failure Priority: Create Priority Codes to associate with the Failure Code(s).
The creation of Failure Priorities is optional but recommended. They may be created by clicking the Failure Priority option found under Code Maintenance section of the Setup sub-Menu. The priorities established here may be associated with Failure Code(s) and later connected to a Work Order Priority.
Failure Priorities List
To add a Failure Priority entry, click the New option or advance to a new row on the page. Enter a 20 character Code followed by a description. Each code must be unique. The Sort Sequence is a 20 Character field allowing the user to control the "order" in which the "codes" are sorted. To edit an entry, advance to the row and edit its information.
