Open the 
Lines Eligible for Time Spread window.
When accessed, this option provides a listing of all Open Lines on the Work Order with Actual Time equal 0. The user may filter the Lines on the form.
A Functions button provides options to Include All and Exclude All. When clicked, the Include All option activates the Include field on each row on the form and the Exclude All option deactivates the Include field for each row on the form.
When the OK button is clicked on the Lines Eligible for Time Spread form, the user is prompted to enter a value which represents the total hours to be spread across the lines on the Lines Eligible for Time Spread form where the Include field is active. After entering the time and pressing Enter, the Actual Time used to populate each Line is calculated by dividing the value entered by the number of Lines on the form where Include is active. If this calculation yields a value less than .02 (1.2 minutes), the error message "Total hours of [calculated value] is too small to spread." and the process stops. Otherwise, the Actual Time field in each qualified entry is populated with the calculated value and the form is refreshed showing only Open Lines with Actual Time equal 0.
