Open the 
Work Order Line Feedback window.
Feedback – text information tied to Equipment originating from Work Orders ("non empirical" input).
Utilize the Types of Feedback so it is easy to view your Equipment history by the nature of Feedback collected.
Codification of the Feedback yields a better understanding of the nature of the Feedback and thereby better corrective actions if needed.
