Open the 
Availability by Facility-Cons window.
Use the Availability function to view the effective quantity by location of the Consumable. The quantity shown by location is calculated in TAG by subtracting Consumable quantity on Planned Orders and the quantity on Released Orders from the Navision quantity for the Location.
Consumable Availability by Facility (Non NAV)
Facility – The names of all Facilities defined in TAG.
NAV Location – The NAV Location used for each Facility.
Available Quantity – Based on NAVs standard (see NAV documentation for further details and definition), the Quantity of Inventory available for use.
Qty on Date Meter Policies – The total Related Requirements Expected Quantity on all Date Meter Policies.
No. Date Meter Policies – The count of Date Meter Policies where used in Related Requirements.
Qty on Templates – The quantity for this item found on all Templates.
No. Templates – The number of Templates containing this inventory.
Consumable Availability by Facility (NAV Item Exits)
Facility – The names of all Facilities defined in TAG.
NAV Location – The NAV Location used for each Facility.
Available Quantity – Based on NAVs standard (see NAV documentation for further details and definition), the Quantity of Inventory available for use.
Allocations – The total usage expressed on all Released Orders, Planned Orders and Pending Approval Orders for the Item by each Facility. Total usage is calculated by adding together the Expected Quantity or Actual Quantity if present for all Related Requirements by Facility.
Effective Quantity – By subtracting Allocations from Available Quantity Effective Quantity is calculated for each Facility.
Qty on Date Meter Policies – The total Related Requirements Expected Quantity on all Date Meter Policies.
No. Date Meter Policies – The count of Date Meter Policies where used in Related Requirements.
Qty on Templates – The quantity for this item found on all Templates.
No. Templates – The number of Templates containing this inventory.
