Open the 
Area List window.
Areas may be defined and used on your Equipment Card as well as used in filtering information to display on your Whiteboards. Areas may be assigned Enterprise, Region and Facility codes for use in filtering. Comments may also be established for an Area by clicking the Comment button at the bottom of the form.
