Open the Inventory Statistics window.

Statistics (usage) on the Tools defined in TAG are kept and accessible via the drop down selection list on the Tools Card or by pressing F9 when on the Tools Card. Each time a tool is utilized in the performance of a maintenance activity, the Tool Use Charge (or Override) is recorded when the work involving the tool is completed.

Main Menu Inventory – Inquiry Statistics Tab

Inventory Type – The count of Inventory Policies where used in Related Requirements.

Type No.– The count of Inventory Policies where used in Related Requirements.

No. Description – Description of the Inventory.

First Finished Date – The date of the first Finished Work Order recorded in TAG that utilized this Consumable.

Last Finished Date – The date of the last Finished Work Order recorded in TAG that utilized this Consumable.

Elapsed Months – The number of months between the First Finished Date and The Last Finished Date.

Finished Work Orders – The number of work orders that were finished between the First Finished Date and the Last Finished Date that utilized this Consumable.

Average WO Per Month – This value is the Total Finished Orders divided by Elapsed Months.

Finished WO Costs – Using the Cost When Consumed (or Cost Override) this field represents the sum of all usages of this Consumable.

Average Cost Per WO – Finished Order Costs is divided by the Elapsed Months to calculate this value.

Average Cost Per Month – This value is calculated by dividing the Total Finished Orders by the Elapsed Months.

Planned WO Costs, Released WO Costs and Activities Est. Costs – The estimated cost associated with current Planned Orders, Released Orders, Date Meter or Inventory Policies.

Finished Order Quantity – Represents the total units of usage for this Consumable.

Average Quantity Per Month – This value is calculated by dividing Finished Order Quantity by Elapsed Months.

When the Ledger Entries option is selected under the Consumable drop down button, the result is a list of all usage entries for the Consumable. These ledger entries are used to calculate the Statistics for the Consumable.
