Open the Service Agreement List window.
Service Agreements – Both Level 1 Equipment and Sub-Assemblies can have a Service Agreement.
This "drill down enabled field" displays the total value of all Service Agreement records currently existing for the Equipment. This is the sum of all the Service Agreements for this Equipment regardless of the date covered by each Service Agreement.
It is also possible to access the "Service Agreement List" through the "Service Agreements" button in the Navigate tab of the top toolbar.
• Drilling down on the value number will open a "Service Agreement List".
• Service agreements can exist for any Equipment, Level 1 or Sub-Assemblies.
• For the authorized TAG Users (through NAV Permissions) Service Agreements may be added, changed or deleted.
• When Service Agreements exist for an Equipment, if this Equipment is assigned to the Header of a Planned Work Order or Released Work Order, then the following message is displayed in the General FastTab of the Work Order:
** There may be Service Agreements in effect for the Equipment specified.
There is no message displayed for Pending Approval Work Orders or Finished Work Orders.
