Skills
The Skills selection from the drop down provides the ability to define the skill code(s) associated with the person. You may record one, none or multiple Skill Codes for the resource. These codes may help determine, by your definition, the suitability of a person to perform a maintenance task.
When setting up the Work Steps for your maintenance activities (see the chapters on Work Procedures and Order Processing for further information) you may choose a specific Skill Code for a procedure.
