Open the Inventory Ledger Entries window.
Inventory Ledger Entries
As maintenance activities are completed (Finished Orders) on Equipment or Sub-Assemblies, Ledgers are built and maintained in TAG. Ledgers are kept and segregated by Personnel, Inventory, Tools, OSP’s and Other usage and are available for viewing or printing.
Hovering over the Entries option under the Equipment button and clicking any ledger option will result in a list of the ledger entries being displayed. Each Ledger contains detailed information about the work performed on the Equipment or Sub-Assembly.
The Inventory Ledger Entries report provides a printed list of all Inventory (Consumable, Item or both) usage matching the filters specified. Filters include Inventory Type, Type No. and Equipment ID.
