Open the Required Qualifications window.
The Required Qualifications option on the Order button allows you to associate and maintain the Skills and Certifications for the Work Order. Whereas the All Qualifications option provides a list of the Skills and Certifications associated with the Work Order and all Steps on the Work Order.
Required Qualifications
Found under the Type field, Qualifications may be either a Skill or a Certification. Clicking on the Code field allows you to select the Skill or Certification (dependent upon the Type) from the Skills and Certifications established in the respective table.
