Open the 
Maintenance Type List window.
Maintenance Types are used to describe why a maintenance activity is taking place. These codes may appear on the Order created in TAG. Meter Types are used by TAG to describe the meter name you are triggering from the Event Card.
Maintenance Type (default) – When a Work Order is created, assign this Maintenance Type as the default.
The Maintenance Type Code List Report provides a listing of Maintenance Codes matching the filters.
