Open the 
Save as Standard Gen. Journal window.
Specifies the journal lines that you want to use later as a standard journal before you post the journal.
Options
| Field | Description |

Code | Enter a code to identify the standard journal that you want to save. If you have already created one or more standard journals and you want to replace one of these with the new set of journal lines, select the code that you want. |
Description | Enter text to indicate the purpose of the standard journal. |
Save Amount | Select if you want to save the values in the Amount field of the standard journal. |
