Open the 
Upd. Disc.% on Contract window.
Updates the quote discount on all the service items in a service contract quote. You need to specify the number that you want to add to or subtract from the quote discount percentage that you have specified in the Contract/Service Discount table. The batch job then updates the quote amounts accordingly.
To run the batch job, open the 
Service Contract Quote window. On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Update Discount % on All Lines.
