Open the Calc. Consumption window.
Calculates proposed consumption figures for the production order(s) in the filter. The result is inserted as lines in the Consumption Journal window where you then edit them.
Note |
---|
If you have placed a check mark in the Require Pick field on the location card to indicate that the location requires pick processing, then you do not need to use this batch job as the program handles consumption in a different way. For more information, see How to: Pick for Production in Basic Warehousing or How to: Pick for Internal Operations in Advanced Warehousing. For example, if some quantities are already picked through a warehouse activity, then only that quantity can be entered in the Quantity field in the Consumption Journal window, not any calculated quantity. |
Options
Posting Date: Enter the posting date that you want the program to use in the Consumption Journal window.
Calculation Based on: Select whether the calculation of the quantity to consume is based on the actual output (the quantity of finished goods that you have reported) or on the expected output (the quantity of finished goods that you expect to produce). Expected Output is inserted by default, but you can change it.
Picking Location: Select the location from where you want the program to post the items.
