Open the Job Calc. Remaining Usage window.
Calculates remaining usage for a job in a job journal. The batch job calculates, for each job task, the difference between scheduled usage of items, resources, and expenses and actual usage posted in job ledger entries. The remaining usage is then displayed in the job journal from where you can post it.
Options
Field | Description |
---|---|
Document No. | Enter the document number that appears as the document number to be inserted in the job journal. |
Posting Date | Enter the date that appears as the posting date to be inserted in the job journal. |
Template Name | Enter the template name of the job journal where the remaining usage is inserted as lines. |
Batch Name | Enter the batch name of the job journal where the remaining usage is inserted as lines. |
